This morning, Lauren Conrad and gal pal Lo (Lauren Bosworth) squeezed a workout into LC's busy schedule by taking a jog through Runyan Canyon. Runyan is known as a great place for jogging, walking your dog, or meeting for Larry Craig-esque hookups. Clearly, LC and pal were there for the first of the aforementioned three.
We don't get these kind of "action" shots by standing still, ya know. Although, if she continues her fitness routine, we may consider investing in a Segway (in part, just because they're hilarious).
Leave it to Lauren to make sure everyone is a little fitter.
