Punisher star Thomas Jane was arrested by the California Highway Patrol and booked on suspicion of DUI, after police pulled him over on Interstate 5 near Buttonwillow, California at 2:43 this morning.
Jane, who is married to actress Patricia Arquette, was reportedly doing 124 miles per hour in his 2008 black Maserati when he caught the officers' attention.
Police say Jane, 39, was cooperative as he underwent field sobriety tests and a blood test at Kern Medical Center.
Wow; 124 miles per hour? That's pretty reckless, even if Buttonwillow isn't exactly packed with traffic at quarter till three in the morning.
Then again, who wouldn't be in a hurry to get home if he knew that this was waiting for him?
