Looks like John Goodman's performance in Speed Racer–he plays Pops–has given him a special appreciation for cars.
Big Bad John appeared on Live With Regis and Kelly yesterday and, being the consummate professional he is, he showed up early.
As he waited for the studio doors to open, Goodman opted to hang out in the garage.
Either that, or the producers thought it wise for him to wait on the garage's reinforced floor until it was absolutely necessary for him to appear on the set.
Just kidding, John; we really love you. And these days, there's a lot more of you to love.
We're not so sure about the suit-and-shades ensemble, though; it's giving us grim flashbacks to Blues Brothers 2000. We might have to take up therapy again.
