*We are totally counting a guitar as "wearing green." We are also counting Adrian Grenier's card as being "sufficiently green" for all general purposes.

Today, on Saint Patrick's Day Eve, we bring you a celebrity we first came to love for the striking duo comprised of a) his good looks and b) his authentic Irish brogue.
Back on November 21st, Colin Farrell dropped into his home country for a magical meal at Abrakebabra in Dublin. Farrell joined Boyzone member Keith Duffy and (oooof course) models Glenda Gilson and Baiba to promote the 4th Annual Abrakebabra for Childline Day.
Even when supporting children's charities, the Farrell's gots to have his models present. Food? = Colin smiles. Microphone? = Colin... sighs.

Kiss Me, I'm Famous - ...and Irish. Really..
Back on September 23rd of year the last, Irish-born actors Jonathan Rhys Meyers and Stuart Townsend met up with a massive mob of fellow Irishmen (and women) on the Hill of Tara in County Meath, Ireland.
The group formed the shape of an Irish harp (for an aeiral photograph) to protest the planned construction of a motorway through the heritage area.

Welcome back to our "Kiss Me, I'm Famous... and Irish" Countdown to St. Patrick's Day.
On March 29th of 2007, lead singer Bono of Irish super-band U2 collected his Honorary Knighthood form the British Ambassador to Ireland, David Reddaway.
We kinda wish he had worn something more Irish to the event. In lieu of that, we've used the magic of Photoshop to adjust his suit accordingly.
Ahhhh. That's better!

Marching on with our "Kiss Me, I'm Famous... and Irish" Countdown to St. Patrick's Day.
Back on January 23rd, Will Ferrell was traveling through the green isle with his father and brother Pat, tracing his Irish roots... woot.
While there, Will was awarded "The James Joyce Award" for his contribution to the entertainment industry. It seems Will took entertaining the UCD Literary & Historical Society (the awarders) quite seriously. While accepting the honor, Ferrell appears to have gotten "over-heated with excitement" and had to cool himself off.
If wearing an Ireland Rugby jersey and actually being Irish won't suffice, receiving the James Joyce award should do the trick.

Here at BauerGriffinOnline, we love St. Patrick's Day. Why? Simple: Unnaturally colored food.
Yes. We are easily amused by the magical properties of the tiny little droplets contained in McCormick's oddly-shaped food coloring containers. Beer isn't green!? Wowsies! That's INCREDIBLE.
So, if you're as easily amused as we are AND as excited about the March 17th celebration of... something, then we hope you'll enjoy our "Kiss Me, I'm Famous... and Irish" Countdown to St. Patrick's Day. Hooray!
Today, enjoy "Green on Red," a 16-photo gallery of celebrities donning some striking green numbers as they stroll down the red carpet.
